We impact communities by offering supportive programming and resilience strategies that enhance educational opportunities and overall well-being. E4ECF takes a three-tiered approach of strategic partnership, comprehensive services, and clear outcomes. While E4ECF provides a holistic city-wide approach, many of their programs have centered around violence intervention and prevention programming in North, West, and Southwest Philadelphia; the areas hit hardest by economic insecurity, gun violence, and stagnant growth.
