Educators 4 Education Charitable Foundation (E4ECF) in partnership with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office (DAO) runs a robust juvenile diversion program runs emphasizes rehabilitation over punishment.

This program services low-level offenses, youth ages 14–18 through community-based programs including job training, behavioral health, sports, and arts. When youth complete their diversion plan, their case is discharged and may be eligible for expungement. E4ECF diversion efforts have been shown to reduce recidivism.
