E4E is a core partner with the City of Philadelphia to offer the nationally recognized model of Career Connected Learning, offering youth ages 12-24 work-based learning experiences and career awareness. As a replacement to the traditional Philadelphia Summer WorkReady Program, this program introduces youth to new opportunities to explore their skills, offering hands-on training, internships, job shadowing, and service learning projects.
