Forks & Futures is a hands-on culinary experience designed for young men ages 15–18 to explore global flavors, build essential kitchen skills, and discover how food connects cultures and communities. Participants learn knife safety, meal planning, nutrition, and presentation techniques while gaining confidence and creativity in the kitchen. The program includes a $300 stipend, Safe Serve Certification, and weekly transportation. Whether you're dreaming of a culinary career or just want to cook great meals, Forks & Futures will inspire you to make it happen.
