Out of School Time career readiness and violence prevention program
In partnership with WorkReady Philadelphia, E4E manages the WorkReady Violence Intervention & Prevention (VIP) Program that provides year-round Out of School Time career support, violence prevention strategies, and social support services for at-risk youth. E4E works to connect youth to consistent weekly programming to complement their paid local work experience, including professional development training, trauma-informed mentorship, and health and intervention strategies.
