Workforce Plus Program

Within E4E’s Workforce Plus Program, participants will earn a wealth of knowledge within two key learning activities. First, structured life skills workshops including but not limited to financial literacy, conflict resolution & peer mediation, leadership development, time management, and effective communication. These opportunities are explicitly designed to assist students in identifying career goals and learning soft skills. These programs include industry-partnership workshops and field trips to expand participant’s understanding of potential career options within their local communities and beyond.
