Keys 2 Success Youth Mentoring Program

Educators 4 Education (E4E)’s Keys 2 Success Youth Mentorship Program provides both one-on-one and group mentorship services following a trauma-based approach. We offer our services in both school and community-based settings. Keys 2 Success combines mentorship, life skills, career readiness, and academic achievement to build a well-rounded program offering for youth. The program is designed to create a supportive and nurturing environment for young men between the ages of 13 - 21 to foster positive relationships with adult mentors through academic support, emotional guidance, and personal development.
