Health Career Exposure Program

Educators 4 Education’s week-long Health Career Exposure Program provides young boys ages 15–17 with an immersive introduction to careers in the health and medical fields. Through interactive workshops, hands-on skill-building sessions, and guided visits with healthcare professionals, participants explore pathways in nursing, emergency medicine, public health, behavioral health, medical technology, and more. The program is designed to inspire confidence, expand career awareness, and empower young men with the knowledge, mentorship, and motivation needed to pursue future opportunities in the healthcare workforce.
