Workforce Development Job Coach
Workforce Development Job Coach part-time 10 hours a week: responsible for participation in job readiness, employment placement and worksite development. This critical position will additionally be acting as a mentor to all participants; providing job-related training; and work experience that matches the skills and interests of the participants. Transport participants to complete job applications. Assists participate in obtaining vital work documents i.e. (work permit, Social Security card, birth certificate and photo ID). Once youth are placed at worksites and begin working, the Workforce Development Job Coach will proactively engage worksite supervisors in conflict resolution and mediation activities as needed to support retention efforts. High School diploma required or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
